1. Booking and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment is received via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash at Office and reference verified by our admin.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific tour package, hotel partner rules, and the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed according to the specific tour rules minus transactional and coordination fees. Please contact support for package-specific details.

3. Customer Obligations

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visa approvals, and health certificates required for the journey. Aadhya Holiday's is not liable for border entry denials.

4. Liability Limitation

While we partner with elite accommodation and transport providers, Aadhya Holiday's is not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or force majeure occurrences that fall outside of our direct operational control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot.
